About the Position KFX is now seeking an Operations Manager on behalf of our client to lead, develop, and optimize daily operations. The client is a provider of assembly services for home electronics to private customers. The role involves personnel responsibility for approximately 25 technicians spanning from Luleå to Stockholm, as well as overall responsibility for planning, executing, and monitoring assignments. As Operations Manager, you will ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, service-oriented, and profitably, with a focus on high quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities In your role as Operations Manager, it is your task to ensure that technicians have the right conditions to perform their assignments in a high-quality and efficient manner that reflects the company's objectives. Your responsibilities include: Personnel Management Operational Responsibility Goal Monitoring Efficiency Improvements Quality Assurance You will also be responsible for the service vehicles used in operations. As technicians work in various locations throughout Sweden, your role will include approximately 20 travel days per year to meet with all technicians in person. Qualifications We are looking for you if you are a clear leader with engagement in operational work and maintain close communication with your team. To be a good fit for the role, we want you to: Have experience from logistics/transportation management or similar roles Have experience with change management and efficiency improvement work Have experience managing personnel remotely Enjoy working operationally close to the business Be a "hands-on" leader Additional Information Start Date: Immediately Scope: Permanent, full-time - 40 hours per week Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement) B driver's license is required This is a consultant assignment on a permanent basis where you are employed by KFX and work on-site at the client.
