We are now seeking an operative supervisor/coordinator for an well-established logistics operation in Härryda. Here you will have an important role in daily operations and the opportunity to work closely with the business alongside a dedicated team. As an operative supervisor, you will be involved in the daily work at the terminal and contribute to ensuring the operation runs efficiently. You will work both practically and in a coordinating capacity, where you will among other things ensure that goods are handled according to plan and that daily processes function as they should. The role also includes supporting and guiding staff in their daily work and helping to create structure and good workflow at the terminal. You therefore need to be comfortable taking responsibility, communicating with others, and being able to prioritize when the pace is high. For the right person, there is an opportunity to transition to our partner organization provided everything works well Your Profile Requirements: • Experience working in warehouse, terminal, or logistics • B-class driver's license • Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written • Experience working in an operational and physically active environment Meritorious: • Previous experience in supervisory or team leadership roles • Forklift certification or other relevant licenses • Experience working toward set goals and KPIs We are looking for someone with experience from warehouse or logistics who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and be part of daily operations.
