Do you want a varied role where you combine operational work with planning, coordination, and development of daily operations? As a supervisor with us, you'll have a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, high safety standards, and smooth operations. At our facilities in Luleå and Piteå, we receive and manage material flows from various customers. We work with sorting and transferring different types of waste, including iron & metals, paper, plastic, hazardous waste, and construction & demolition materials. We ensure that materials are delivered on to customers, partners, or to one of our own production facilities. About the Position As a supervisor, you'll be an important part of daily operations at our facilities in Luleå and Piteå. Initially, you'll be part of the operational work where material handling and equipment operation are a natural part of your day. You'll classify, inspect, and sort materials using wheel loaders, material handlers, and forklifts. You'll also receive drivers, conduct inspections on incoming materials, and register them in our systems. The role combines operational work with administrative and coordinating tasks. Gradually, you'll take on greater responsibility for planning, monitoring, coordination, and ensuring efficient workflows. You work closely with production managers and colleagues to ensure operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and with high quality. The role also involves contributing to the development of work methods, routines, and processes to create well-functioning operations. The position is full-time with working hours 07:00–16:00. You'll be based at the Luleå facility, but during an initial training period of approximately 6 months, you'll work mostly at our Piteå facility. Mileage compensation is provided for days you travel to and from Piteå. Who Are You? Qualifications We're looking for you if you have: • Forklift certification and experience operating wheel loaders • Upper secondary education • B-category driving license and access to your own vehicle • Good computer skills and learn different systems easily • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written We consider it a merit if you have: • Forklift certification and experience with material handlers or excavators • Forklift certification • Experience with basic mechanics, maintenance, or welding • Experience with material handling, recycling, or similar operations What Do We Offer You?
