Your Workplace Within the AnOpIVA operational area, we include surgery, anesthesia, intensive care, sterilization services, recovery care, and our Pain Center. The operating department has 20 modern surgical suites. We perform both elective and emergency surgeries and operate 24/7. In total, we have approximately 140 employees. Your Responsibilities As an operating room nurse with us, you play a central role in creating a safe, efficient, and well-functioning perioperative flow. You are responsible for planning and organizing the day's surgeries in your suite, ensuring that processes are followed, and that the team has the right conditions throughout the entire care chain. Your work includes instrumentation, patient care before and after surgery, and contributing to a structured and quality-assured approach.
