About the position In our ambulatory surgery unit, we perform operations in orthopedics, gynecology, urology, gastroenterology (endoscopy operations), ENT, plastic surgery, and general surgery. The operations are dynamic and additional areas may be added. Current operating hours are 07:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:00-14:00 on Fridays. The Huddinge facility operates at high volume with patients typically staying three to four hours on average. Our day surgery unit consists of four operating rooms plus its own pre- and postoperative ward. We are looking for you who - Make correct prioritizations and weigh together complex information and different types of considerations. You make quick decisions and act on these, showing good judgment under time pressure - Take responsibility for your tasks and structure your own approach, driving processes forward - Adapt easily to changing circumstances, can quickly change perspective and attitude, and see opportunities in change - Work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner.
