About Us Aleris Hand & Foot at Sophiahemmet consists of an engaged team of approximately 25 employees—physicians, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We specialize in elective hand and foot surgery and operate two modern operating rooms. Our patients receive an integrated care pathway that includes assessment, advanced imaging diagnostics, surgery, and postoperative rehabilitation. This contributes to high quality and very satisfied patients. We are an accredited care provider at Sophiahemmet and continuously work to develop our operations, including our efforts toward ISO certification in quality and environment. Here you have the opportunity to influence both the organization and your own workday. The operating unit is closed for four weeks during the summer and one week over Christmas and New Year. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist education in operating room nursing and at least two years of experience in orthopedics. You are confident in your professional role, work independently, and have a structured approach to your work. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment and always keep the patient's best interests in focus. Terms of Employment Employment Type: Permanent position, beginning with a 6-month probationary period Scope: Full-time. Currently, we operate Monday through Thursday.
