Operations Coordinator at Meliva Gyn Meliva is seeking an engaged and driven operations coordinator for a key role in our surgical operations. You are an operating room nurse and want to be part of developing both the role and our processes forward. We are in a dynamic and evolving phase. About the Position The role of operations coordinator involves a combination of surgical planning, coordination, and clinical work. You will coordinate the flow between surgeons, reception, and the operating unit, as well as be responsible for patient contact and medical consultation. An important part of the work is contributing to improving and streamlining administrative processes and driving monitoring of operational data. The position offers significant opportunity to influence and shape work methods. Working hours are daytime (Monday–Friday) and the position is a permanent full-time employment. Who Are We Looking For? You are a licensed nurse with further training in surgical nursing You have experience with coordination, planning, or administration within healthcare You are structured, independent, and comfortable managing many contact points at a fast pace You have analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in Swedish You are solution-oriented and take initiative to drive matters forward Meritorious Experience Background in gynecological operations Experience with surgical planning or coordination of complex patient flows Experience working with the GynOp registry What We Offer and Who We Are With us, you enter a warm and welcoming community where we care about a good atmosphere in the team.
