About the role Talurit is in an exciting phase where development of working methods, structure and efficiency are at the center. As Operations & Site Manager, you have a key role in leading and developing the company's operations, with responsibility for production, planning, procurement and warehouse. Your mission is to ensure stable and efficient flows as well as high delivery precision and quality throughout the value chain. In addition to operational responsibility, you will have overall responsibility for the site, which means ensuring that daily operations run smoothly also from a property perspective. In the role you work both strategically and operatively to build a long-term sustainable and efficient operation with responsibility for results, team and development. You lead a team of approximately 15-18 people in production and continuously work to develop working methods and processes from a data-driven perspective. As part of the company's management team, you contribute with insights close to operations. You report to the COO. Areas of responsibility: Lead and develop production, planning, procurement and warehouse with responsibility for daily prioritization decisions and efficient working methods Ensure stable flows, high delivery precision (OTIF), controlled lead times and balanced WIP Ensure correct use of the business system and work structurally with data-driven follow-up Follow up KPIs and analyze deviations related to delivery, quality, productivity, warehouse and safety Lead, coach and develop competence in the team and ensure a safe working environment Drive continuous improvement work according to LEAN and 5S Overall responsibility for the site, including property-related issues related to daily operations, order and function Participate in budget work, attest costs and follow up investments About you We are looking for someone who has experience from a leading role in a data-driven production environment where change and development are a natural part of everyday life. You are a person who takes responsibility, creates structure and drives work forward with a clear focus on results and improvement. As a leader you are confident in your leadership and combine clarity and responsiveness, with a good ability to engage and develop teams and build trust in the organization. You combine operational work with a strategic perspective and see the value in using system support and follow-up to make decisions and create improvements in operations. You have a holistic perspective and thrive in a role where you both work close to operations and take responsibility for daily management of the site. We are looking for someone who has: Experience from a leading role in the manufacturing industry with personnel, budget and profit responsibility Experience working in business systems, using data as a decision support, and following up results related to KPIs Experience driving improvement work and developing working methods according to LEAN and 5S Good understanding of production and material flows Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English Application In this recruitment, Talurit is collaborating with Jefferson Wells.
