Are you an analytical problem solver with a strong interest in technology? Then this role might be perfect for you! About the position Buttericks is growing and is now seeking an Operations and Systems Support specialist for a broad and newly established role. You'll have a central function in the organization, becoming the person who creates structure, solves problems, and ensures that different parts of the business work together seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how different systems interconnect and who loves finding smarter and more efficient ways of working. You'll have numerous contact points, both internally and externally, and will have significant responsibility for driving your tasks forward. You don't need to know everything from day one – Buttericks will train you in the company's specific processes. However, you do need a genuine interest in technology, an analytical mindset, and the ability to quickly grasp new systems and complex workflows. Responsibilities As Operations and Systems Support, you'll have broad responsibilities and serve as an important link between Buttericks' internal operations, suppliers, and external partners. You will, among other things: Be the first point of contact for technical or system-related issues Use AI and other digital tools to automate and simplify tasks Maintain ongoing contact with Buttericks' external warehouse in Växjö and ensure that systems and logistics workflows function properly Liaise with suppliers and follow up on deliveries and processes Create structure and oversight of the organization's various systems and processes Identify manual and inefficient work methods and find solutions to streamline them Serve as the project management contact from Buttericks' side in connection with, for example, new products and supplier projects Ensure that procedures and requirements related to purchasing and product flows are followed Provide support with order placement and sales-related administration Function as a technical problem solver for the organization, for example with questions about networks, WiFi, and other technical equipment Collaborate with purchasing, store managers, management, and external partners Buttericks has thousands of products, which means you'll be working in an organization with many products, suppliers, and workflows. You'll therefore have an important role in creating structure and ensuring that information and processes function from supplier to store to customer. We're looking for someone who Has post-secondary education in, for example, technology, IT, logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent Has a strong and genuine interest in technology Has an easy time understanding systems, processes, and how different parts connect Is analytical and structured in your work approach Has excellent computer and system skills Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It's a plus if you have Experience working in logistics, operations, IT support, or system administration Experience with ERP, e-commerce, or warehouse systems Experience with Fortnox and Shopify Experience with customs, product safety, or supplier work Experience working with AI or automation to streamline work processes Experience in project management To succeed in this role, you have the following personal qualities: Adaptable Responsible Stress-tolerant Problem-solving As a person, you're an inquisitive problem solver who enjoys understanding how things work. You have an easy time grasping new systems and enjoy seeing connections between different parts of an organization. You're structured and enjoy creating order and clarity, but at the same time you're unpretentious and willing to roll up your sleeves when something needs to be solved. When you encounter a problem, you don't settle for a temporary fix – you like to think about how the process can be improved so the problem doesn't occur again. You have a strong interest in technology and enjoy testing new tools. Perhaps you've already started using AI to automate parts of your daily life and can immediately see opportunities to do the same at work. Since this is a new role, you need to be comfortable with identifying what needs to be done and creating structure where there isn't always an established process. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive them forward, while also enjoying collaboration and having many contact points.
