About the Role As Operations Manager with us, you'll be part of our staffing team and you're responsible for making sure our delivery to the client works in practice, every day. A central part of the role is building, developing, and leading strong teams, as well-functioning teams are the foundation for stable delivery and good results. You work closely with both clients and employees, ensuring that staffing, quality, and productivity are at the right level through hands-on leadership and clear follow-up. Our clients primarily operate in warehouse, logistics, production, and industrial sectors, where your natural workplace is out in the operations with high availability and presence alongside your employees. You lead in day-to-day work, follow up on how the work functions in practice, and act quickly when something needs to be adjusted. To support you, you have an experienced team consisting of Operations Support, who relieves you of administrative tasks such as bookings, time reporting, and follow-up, as well as a Talent Sourcer who is responsible for attracting and filling the right competence to your teams at our clients. This gives you the conditions to focus on what makes a difference: employees, the business, and client development. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you plan your days and drive your work forward. You combine operational presence with business acumen and actively work to develop both the team and delivery over time. With us, the role isn't just about following up on delivery. Your areas of responsibility: Personal responsibility for employees, including follow-up, coaching, and development Build, develop, and lead teams at the client with focus on engagement, stability, and performance Ensure that teams have the right conditions to deliver against set goals Ensure that delivery at the client functions according to set goals related to quality, productivity, and staffing Follow up and develop delivery based on KPIs at both individual and team level and drive improvements Ensure good working environment and stability in the team through presence and ongoing dialogue Take responsibility for onboarding, follow-up, and continuity in staffing over time Be a clear and professional contact towards both client and employees Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities Act quickly when deviations occur and drive measures together with the client and internal functions Independently plan, prioritize, and drive your work to reach set goals Who Are You? We believe you have experience from the staffing industry and are comfortable in a role with personnel responsibility. The approach is characterized by proximity to the operations and a good understanding of what it takes to make a delivery work over time. Your leadership is hands-on and is based on the insight that strong teams create good results. You're good at building teams that perform and act when something isn't working. The role requires a combination of operational presence, business acumen, and follow-up. You work structurally, prioritize correctly, and drive your work forward with focus on results. As a person, you're solution-oriented and unpretentious, but also clear when needed. You build trust through presence, availability, and consistency in your actions, and handle multiple contact points in parallel with confidence in dialogue with both clients and employees. You create development for your employees and clients and take responsibility for delivery to work even when conditions change. Your Background To succeed in the role, it's an advantage to have experience from the staffing industry within warehouse and production, but we particularly value your leadership ability, your drive, and your ability to create good relationships. Alternatively, you've held a similar role in an operation where you've created strong teams and team spirit. You're confident in your leadership and have experience leading employees in an operational environment, where presence, clarity, and follow-up are essential to make the operations work. You've worked with creating structure, setting expectations, and following up on performance at both individual and team level. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good system skills. A B-category driver's license is a requirement, and experience with Intelliplan is a merit.
