Jefferson Wells is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Flödesledare for an exciting interim assignment with a well-renowned industrial operation in Fagersta. As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient operational flows, high delivery accuracy, and a well-functioning organization. You lead both teams and key personnel in an operation where present leadership, clear communication, and the ability to create engagement are critical to success.

Your Areas of Responsibility
Lead and develop the operation toward set goals
Ensure efficient flows within production, logistics, and warehouse operations
Drive and implement improvement and change initiatives
Coach, develop, and inspire employees and leaders
Work data-driven with KPIs, follow-up, and operational management
Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements
Create engagement and participation in change initiatives
Ensure a safe work environment and high delivery quality

You likely have:
Several years of experience in a leadership role within production, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations

Ability to analyze operations and translate insights into improved results
Strong communication skills and experience creating engagement in organizations
