Budete rozvíjet své technické dovednosti a pomáhat s podporou kritického platformního ekosystému v dynamickém prostředí fintech společnosti. Co budete dělat " Rozvíjet znalosti v oblasti troubleshootingu a triáže hybridní cloudové infrastruktury (AWS) " Pracovat ve směnném režimu 24/7: 2 denní směny, 2 noční směny, následně 4 dny volna (směny mohou připadat i na víkendy a státní svátky) " Monitorovat a reagovat na alerty v rámci kritické servisní architektury " Aktivovat proces incident managementu " Postupně získávat přehled o vzájemných závislostech jednotlivých částí platformy " Rozvíjet schopnost řešit incidenty a směřovat je k rychlé mitigaci " Spolupracovat s klíčovými stakeholdery pro zajištění efektivního provozu " Přispívat k tvorbě a aktualizaci technické dokumentace Koho hledáme " Základní znalosti computer science / IT " Ochotu rozvíjet customer-centric přístup k rozhodování " Základní povědomí o nástrojích jako Git, Grafana, Bitbucket, WildFly, Java, Docker, Zabbix, New Relic " Základy programování nebo skriptování (např.
