Are you ready for an exciting and varied job as a site manager in asphalt paving and construction work? At NCC Industry, we have an open position for an Operations Manager. NCC Industry is a Nordic organization specialized in sustainable solutions within asphalt and stone materials. The Operations Manager Role As Operations Manager (Site Manager), you will lead and develop our operations in paving and construction work. You will have daily contact with various stakeholders and be involved in project acquisition and project management. Your responsibilities include planning, coordinating resources, technical and financial responsibility for production execution, and workplace safety responsibility. You will work closely with our skilled workers and together drive the business forward. In your role, you will also collaborate with the Area Manager, Operation Specialist, and Area Assistant within your work area. We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a site manager/work supervisor or equivalent, and it is a merit if you have experience in earthwork or paving operations. As a leader, you are confident and contribute to employee development and team success. You are structured and have good logistical skills. Efficiency is important to you and you are used to managing multiple parallel tasks. You are a problem solver and have a strong curiosity to develop and learn new things. In addition to production, you are skilled at building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining long-term collaborations.
