As Operating Manager Support (OMS), you are the operational extension of the region's Operating Manager. Your focus is to ensure that daily operations run smoothly, that problems are solved quickly, and that our facilities maintain a high standard. Practical Information Employment Type: Temporary, full-time Employment Period: 1/11 2026 - 1/4 2027 Location: Kista (Stockholm office), where travel is a natural part of the job About the Position As Operating Manager Support (OMS), you are responsible for the daily technical operations and ensuring high quality across the region's facilities. You will support the Operating Manager by taking ownership of ongoing operational delivery. Examples of Responsibilities Handle and follow up on daily operational service requests, such as error reports, technical issues, access questions, and incidents Support local renovations, openings, and improvement projects through practical and operational work Collaborate closely with the OM to ensure seamless transitions between operational efforts and long-term projects Handle and follow up on on-call requests and member feedback Coordinate and follow up on maintenance tasks and ensure quick feedback and resolution Contact with suppliers (e.g., cleaning companies, facility managers) and follow up on delivery quality Ensure compliance with TFF standards (Accessible, Functional, Fresh) through regular inspections and actions Own and follow up on SBA (systematic fire safety work) and other legally mandated procedures in the region Handle purchasing related to daily operations, in collaboration with the OM Superuser in Gym Performance and train others in the system Who We Think You Are To succeed and be effective in this role, you need to be solution-oriented, structured, and have a clear focus on service, while also being able to take ownership of daily operations. Since the role works closely with gym operations, we prefer that you have experience from the fitness industry. You understand what it takes to create a well-functioning facility and understand the connection between operations, member experience, and business. This understanding helps you make the right decisions in your daily work and prioritize what creates the most value for our members and team.
