Your new position On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a support & onsite technician who can assist the current IT technician with user support and smaller projects. You will be the face of the company to its users, and it's important that you provide users with a pleasant and secure experience. You need to be able to be at the office between 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and be comfortable helping onsite in meetings where management or other senior staff members need assistance. You will primarily be based in Stockholm, but travel to other locations may occur in the role, for example when a new office is being set up. Your background We are looking for you who have experience in IT support for corporate users and enjoy being the face of the company's IT environment. You have 1-3 years of experience in IT support within a Windows environment and have worked with technical issues such as Office 365, Active Directory, hardware management, conference rooms, etc. Who you are We are Thalamus, and that means that as an employee you become an important asset and the face of our customers.
