About the Role
As an Onsite Support Technician at Onitio, you are employed by us but work on assignment at one of our customers, where you function as their local IT support in the organization. You are responsible for ensuring that users get the support and service they need in their daily work and you handle troubleshooting, incident management, installations, and maintenance of computers, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment.
The role involves daily contact with users, customer representatives, and colleagues at Onitio. Through your work, you contribute to a positive user experience and a stable IT environment at the customer site.
The work suits you if you enjoy combining technical work with a strong customer focus. You will be an important representative for Onitio and work closely with the customer to deliver high-quality service.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who has a genuine interest in IT and technology and who is motivated by helping others. You are service-oriented, communicative, and have an easy time building trust with users. At the same time, you are responsible and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and structure your work even when the pace is high. You enjoy collaborating with others but are also comfortable working independently and driving your tasks forward.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
Several years of experience working in IT support, servicedesk, or onsite support
Good knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
Experience troubleshooting clients and peripheral equipment
Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Driver's license B if the position requires travel between different customer sites
