About the Role

This might be the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a service-minded and responsible on-site technician for a long-term assignment with our global client in Jönköping. Here you'll be an important part of an organization that works daily to create a safer and more secure society for everyone.
As an on-site technician, you'll be a key member of the local on-site support team, working closely with end users. You'll ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly, from computers and printers to conference rooms, and provide technical support wherever needed. The work takes place on-site at the client's offices in the Jönköping area, so a valid B driver's license and flexibility to travel within Västra Götaland are required.

This is a 12-month consulting assignment where you'll be employed by Cleverex Bemanning. There may be opportunities for permanent placement with the client long-term.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site technical support to users on printers, conference rooms, computers, and similar equipment
• Install and deliver computers, phones, and accessories
• Document cases and create user-friendly instructions
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and respond to operational disruptions
• Assist colleagues and end users with technical expertise, with a special focus on service and accessibility
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who:
• Has completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus
• Holds a valid B driver's license
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has experience with IT support/on-site support and documentation in case management systems
• Has experience working in larger organizations with complex IT environments

This position requires approval following a security vetting process in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The role requires that you pass and are approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For positions with our client, security classification requirements may, where applicable, entail requirements regarding specific citizenship.
