About the Position

We are looking for a service-minded and responsible on-site technician for a long-term assignment with our global customer in Jönköping. As an on-site technician, you are an important part of the local on-site support team and work closely with end users. You ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly, from computers, printers, and conference rooms to providing technical support where it's really needed. The work takes place on-site at the customer's office in the Jönköping area, and therefore a B-class driver's license is required, as well as flexibility to travel within Västra Götaland.

This is a consulting assignment lasting 12 months where you will be employed by us at Cleverex Bemanning. In the long term, there is a possibility of being directly hired by the customer.

Responsibilities
• Provide on-site technical support to users on printers, conference rooms, and computers
• Install and deliver computers, phones, and accessories
• Document cases and create user-friendly instructions
• Work with systematic troubleshooting and respond to system failures
• Assist colleagues and end users with technical expertise – with special focus on service and availability
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus
• Has a B-class driver's license
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
• Has experience with IT support/on-site support and documentation in case management systems
• Has experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments
You are curious, engaged, and enjoy working in a role where you get to help others succeed in their daily lives. For you, it is important to both create structure and be flexible when the situation requires it.
This position requires you to be approved through a security vetting in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires that you are vetted and approved according to applicable security protection regulations at any given time. For positions with our customer, security clearance requirements may, if applicable, require certain citizenship.
