We are seeking committed care personnel for Västerliden residential care home in Rimforsa. Västerliden has 26 apartments divided into two units: a somatic unit with short-term placements and a dementia unit. Here you work providing care, support, and meaningful daily activities based on each individual's needs and wishes. Duties: Personal care and nursing Documentation according to SoL and HSL Contact responsibility and ombudsman roles Delegated health and medical care tasks Collaboration with family members and other professional groups We are looking for you if you: Have experience in health and care Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Are responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented Have good collaboration skills and professional conduct Certification as a nursing assistant and experience in elderly care are advantageous.
