WORK RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a care worker with us, you work to provide care, support, and services based on the individual's needs, wishes, and circumstances. You help create security, participation, and a meaningful everyday life for the people you meet. The work includes personal care and support in daily life. You encourage and enable social interaction and activities that promote health, well-being, and independence. The role includes contact person responsibilities, development and follow-up of implementation plans, and social documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and the organization's procedures. You also work with medication management following delegation and collaborate with colleagues and other professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to ensure good and safe care. We work from a salutogenic and rehabilitative approach where the individual's resources and abilities are in focus. The activities operate all year round, and working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working in healthcare and care who meets people with respect, commitment, and compassion. You are responsible, flexible, and have a good ability to work both independently and with others. Since the work requires collaboration and good interaction, it is important that you have good communication skills in both speech and writing, are attentive to the individual's needs, and contribute to a positive work environment. To thrive in the role, you need to be able to plan and prioritize your work, take your own initiative, and handle changes in a solution-oriented way. It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in elderly care. Experience with contact person work, implementation plans, BPSD work, and operational systems such as Lifecare is also considered meritorious. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. For employment as a nursing assistant, proof of protected professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare is required. Prior to employment, a certificate from the Police's criminal records register must be presented. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement.
