About the position As a nursing leader with an educational assignment, you work for high and equitable nursing quality by leading, developing, and coordinating education and competence development initiatives. You contribute to a learning organization where nursing is based on the best available knowledge, patient safety, person-centered care, and the organization's goals. These are the key focus areas of the assignment: Evidence-based care Identify educational needs and translate current research, guidelines, and evidence into clinical work. Plan, implement, and follow up on educational initiatives and provide knowledge support in daily nursing work. Contribute to integrating patients' and families' perspectives into nursing and education. Team collaboration Promote interprofessional learning, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Identify competence risks and participate in risk and incident analyses. Informatics Support safe and appropriate digital practices in nursing, including documentation and information transfer. Participate in implementing new digital solutions and ensure quality in nursing documentation. Leadership Be a role model and inspire professional development and lifelong learning. Guide, coach, and support employees, students, and new colleagues, and contribute to a culture characterized by reflection, learning, and improvement. Work to ensure that competence levels are used to support employees' development and careers.
