About the Position You will primarily work with transitions through TSL transition insurance, but work in other assignments may also be relevant. The work involves extensive travel and a lot of independent work. Within TSL – Transition You coach people who have been laid off due to lack of work and who are covered by the collective agreement's transition support via TSL. You work based on TSL regulations and our proven methods to help participants move forward to new employment. The work includes: conducting individual coaching sessions developing action plans establishing and developing contacts with employers documenting and administering participants' activities supporting participants throughout the transition process. Qualifications Work Experience You have: at least seven years of full-time work experience, of which at least three years as a coach We are also looking for someone with: very good computer skills good administrative skills experience working in digital systems and job seeker databases good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious It is meritorious if you have: experience with TSL, Rusta and Matcha, KROM, or STOM B-class driver's license and access to your own car additional language skills.
