Home Care In home care, we work to enable people to live safe and independent lives in their own homes. The operations are based on the individual's needs and are characterized by closeness, care, and professional service. Home care in Vetlanda Municipality is divided into geographic districts with operations both in the town center and in rural areas. The current position is located in central Vetlanda. Support Services In support services, we work to enable people to live independent lives and participate in society according to their own circumstances. The current position is directed toward LSS residents. We work based on a long-term development plan that points the direction for the coming years. Trust, participation, and a strong focus on the individual's needs permeate our work. Your assignment as area manager As an area manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, finances, quality, and development. You lead your employees toward common goals and create conditions for operations where quality, participation, and work satisfaction go hand in hand. You are part of the management team for the operational area and work closely with other managers and support functions such as HR and finance. Together, we build a culture where collaboration, trust, and accountability are the foundation for success. As a leader, you translate legislation and political objectives into a way of working that is legally secure, sustainable, and close to the people we serve. We are looking for you who are a confident and present leader who inspires, builds trust, and helps people grow. You have the ability to see both the big picture and the details, are clear in your communication, and enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals. At the same time, you are attentive, unpretentious, and skilled at building good relationships. Qualifications We are looking for you who: have a higher education degree as a social worker, nurse, or other education that we consider equivalent are accustomed to using IT as a tool in your daily work can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing have a B driving license and access to a car. Experience working in the field and experience in a previous management role are merits. We place great importance on personal qualities. Employment form: Permanent employment.
