The Regional Manager Role
Being a regional manager at Samhall means being at the absolute center of operations. You lead a team of 25-30 employees working on various customer assignments, and your primary goal is to enable your employees to discover and develop their competence so they can eventually leave Samhall for another employer.
In your daily work, you also have extensive contact with your customers and ensure everything functions as it should. Through strong relationships, you also develop business and identify opportunities for more job placements for Samhall's employees.
Creating conditions for our employees' development and ensuring our customers are satisfied are therefore at the core of our mission as a company. This is why all efforts are directed toward creating the best possible conditions for you as a regional manager and your employees.
What Do We Offer You?
Here you develop as a leader regardless of previous experience and build specific knowledge in several areas, including leading people with disabilities.
You become part of a large company with over 800 colleagues in the same role as you across the country. You have a national network while locally being part of a district where your closest colleagues are located and where you report to an operations manager. You also collaborate with various support functions locally and centrally. Samhall is in an important and exciting development phase where you as a regional manager play an important role and your perspectives are valued.
What Do You Bring to the Role?
As a regional manager, you are operational, present, and able to make decisions with high integrity. Having experience from and enjoying working in an operation characterized by a high pace and with people at the center is a requirement. We also know that you are comfortable in a leadership role and have good knowledge of the tasks and responsibilities involved in a management position.
To succeed in the role, you need to have:
Leadership experience with operational, personnel, and results responsibility
Experience with customer relations and strong results
Experience in operational management within cleaning or facility maintenance is a merit
Previously worked with administration, documentation, and good system proficiency
High school diploma
Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
B-class driver's license

Employment Form: Permanent with 6-month probation period

Geographic Placement: This position is based at our office in Växjö, where you spend approximately half your working time between 07:00-16:00. The remaining time you spend with your customers and employees.
