Welcome to a company with its heart in the right place and its eyes on the future. About the Role Would you like to help develop Västanhede's traffic operations in Uppsala and Gävle? Västanhede is now looking for an experienced and confident Regional Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the operations and our managers in the area. You will have an important role in our continued development and become part of an organization where we work to create a unified Västanhede. As a regional manager, you are responsible for the area's operational activities and lead through subordinate managers. You have an overall responsibility for ensuring that operations meet set targets in areas such as quality, economics, working environment and safety. The role requires you to be present in the operations, which means traveling between our depots in the Uppsala and Gävle areas. You will, among other things: lead and develop subordinate managers and create clarity in the organization have budget, forecast and result responsibility for the area monitor operations based on set targets and KPIs ensure systematic working environment and safety work drive employment law matters and union cooperation, including labor law negotiations develop working methods, quality and efficiency in operations build good relationships with employees, union parties, customers and clients contribute to Västanhede's continued development and expansion in Uppsala and Gävle. The role suits you if you thrive in an operational environment where a lot happens and where you need to be able to switch between long-term development work and quick decisions when operations require it. We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of documented management experience with good results experience leading through other managers, such as depot managers or group managers experience with budget, forecast and result responsibility for a larger operation experience with systematic working environment work (SAM) and an overall responsibility for working environment and safety good knowledge of employment law and experience with union cooperation and negotiations, such as labor law negotiations experience leading an operational business based on clear targets and KPIs, such as delivery quality, customer satisfaction and punctuality. It is meritorious if you have experience from the bus industry, public transport or other transport and logistics operations practical experience with, or good understanding of, resource and traffic planning within bus operations experience with contracted operations and work with traffic authorities and clients documented experience of change and improvement work in a complex and operational business.
