Responsibilities As an area manager within personal assistance, you are responsible for leading, developing, and following up on the operations together with your employees, coordinators, and manager colleagues. You have personnel, work environment, and operational responsibility and work close to the daily operations. The role involves creating structure, supporting employees, ensuring quality, and contributing to the operations functioning in a safe and sustainable way. You will be an important part of building functioning teams, developing work methods, and creating good conditions for both employees and service users. About You We are looking for you who are a confident, clear, and present leader with a genuine interest in people. You have the ability to build trust, establish relationships, and make others feel included. At the same time, you are not afraid to make decisions, set direction, and create structure when needed. We believe you thrive in a role where you get to be close to the operations, handle many contact points, and work solution-oriented in everyday situations. You are communicative, unpretentious, and have an easy time collaborating with both employees, colleagues, and other functions around the operations. Qualifications We are looking for you who have experience in leadership and who feel confident leading employees in an operation where relationships, structure, and collaboration are crucial. You have an understanding of operations within disability care and/or other areas such as elderly care or social services. You thrive in a role where you need to be both present, solution-oriented, and clear in your leadership. It is important that you feel comfortable working independently, making decisions, and driving matters forward while having the ability to create engagement and good relationships in work groups. We would like to see that you have experience with personnel responsibility, work environment work, staffing, or operational planning. Experience with change management or development of work methods is also a merit.
