The Regional Manager Role Being a Regional Manager at Samhall means being at the absolute center of our operations. You lead a team of 25-30 employees working on various client assignments, and your primary goal is to help your employees discover and develop their skills so they can eventually leave Samhall for another employer. In your daily work, you also maintain close contact with your customers and ensure that everything functions as it should. Through strong relationships, you also develop the business and identify opportunities for more jobs for Samhall employees. Creating conditions for our employees' development and ensuring customer satisfaction are the core of our company mission. Therefore, all efforts are directed at creating the platform for you as a Regional Manager. In this role, you will work closely with a colleague in the same position. What Do We Offer You? As a Regional Manager, you begin your development journey with us through our own Samhall School and are offered one of Sweden's best leadership training programs. Here you develop as a leader regardless of previous experience and also build specific knowledge in several areas, including leading people with disabilities. You become part of a large company of 24,000 employees and are surrounded by over 800 colleagues nationwide in the same role as you. You have a national network while locally being part of a district where you have your closest colleagues and report to an Operations Manager. You also collaborate with various support functions locally and centrally. As a Regional Manager, you are operational, present, and able to make decisions with high integrity. Experience from and comfort in an operation characterized by a fast pace and with people at the center is a requirement. We also know that you are comfortable in a leadership role and have solid knowledge of the tasks included in a management position. To succeed in the role, you need to have: Leadership experience with operational, personnel, and results responsibility Experience with customer relations and strong results Experience in operational management in areas such as cleaning services, facility maintenance, retail Previous work with administration, documentation, and good system proficiency High school diploma Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing Driver's license (category B) Beyond solid knowledge, it is our values that make our leaders thrive and do good work over time.
