About the operations: Adult Services area encompasses a broad and important part of social services' mission: Authority functions within: Harmful use and addiction Intimate partner violence Financial assistance SoL, LVM and LSS Implementation within: Social psychiatry Outpatient care Here you work together with engaged employees to create quality, legal certainty and good results for those we are here to serve. Your placement: You report to the Deputy Operations Manager and are part of the management group, where you play a central role in the strategic development of the operation. Documented management experience in a politically governed organization. Experience with change and implementation initiatives. Good experience with financial management in complex operations. Personal qualities and competencies: Strategic and confident leader with a holistic perspective. Ability to translate goals into concrete work. Experienced in handling complexity, making decisions and creating structure in change. Good collaboration skills with many different actors and stakeholders.
