Here you will be part of an organization that delivers fossil-free electricity every day and works for a more sustainable society.
As Area Manager of Facility Operations, you have a central role in creating the conditions for safe, stable, and efficient operations. Your main areas of responsibility:
Ensure safe, stable, and efficient facility operations together with the organization
Create conditions for teams to work sustainably and deliver high quality in daily work

Experience from safety-critical industry (nuclear power is a merit)
Experience leading through other leaders and in larger organizations
Good understanding of operational management and how work is prioritized in practice
