Your Main Responsibilities Manage the restaurant's operations during evening hours Lead and inspire the kitchen team to high standards and work satisfaction. Manage ingredient handling, kitchen economics, and quality assurance in all aspects. Ensure close collaboration with the dining room team to provide guests with a unified and unforgettable experience. Qualifications Good organizational skills and experience managing budgets and purchasing. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen or restaurant.
