Service Personnel – Part-Time Position
Öckerö Maritime Center (ÖMC) is a non-profit organization that provides training for seafarers, fishers, and rescue workers in maritime safety. We are a complete training center with our own course hotel and also provide facilities for Öckerö Sailing High School.
About the Position
We are seeking service personnel for part-time work at our course hotel and training center.
As a service person, you will be an important part of our team. Together, we are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality at our course hotel, training center, and high school.
Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, but may vary based on operational needs. It is therefore important that you are flexible and able to work during these times.
Responsibilities
The work is varied and includes:
cleaning hotel rooms, training facilities, and common areas
preparing for courses and conferences
providing excellent service to course participants, students, and hotel guests
assisting with breakfast service and coffee breaks
contributing to order and a pleasant atmosphere in our facilities
performing simple shopping and other practical tasks as needed
You work carefully according to our procedures and guidelines and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-motivated, thorough, and handy with an eye for detail.
You need to enjoy varied work and have a natural ability to collaborate with others. The work may involve heavy lifting, so you need to be in good physical condition.

Qualifications
It is advantageous if you have:
experience from hotels, conferences, restaurants, service, or cleaning
good knowledge of Swedish and English
a valid driver's license for a personal vehicle

Employment Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: Primarily evenings and weekends, according to operational needs and agreement
Start Date: As soon as possible
