About the Position We are currently seeking experienced ophthalmologists for an assignment in Uppsala at a surgical retina department weeks 38-8. The assignment includes typical specialist tasks at a highly specialized surgical retina unit. The role includes: • Independent work with diagnostics and assessment of retinal diseases. • Pre- and postoperative assessments of advanced retina patients. • Surgical procedures (vitrectomies/retinal surgery) based on the clinic's needs.
