We're looking for a cultivation-minded machine operator! We're seeking someone who is experienced and enjoys operating tractors and other machinery and has a practical mindset. Minor machine maintenance, repair work, and building upkeep may occur. The job also involves participating in other work that comes up in the operation. To function well in the work team, you must speak Swedish and English well, and we prefer that you live in the local area. Certification for plant protection work and experience with professional cultivation are merits but not required. Ranviks Trädgård in Båstad is a small nursery specializing in propagation of woody ornamental plants from seed and cuttings. In addition, we operate an organic apple orchard of 8 hectares. Ranviks Trädgård sells only wholesale to other nurseries and distributors. It's a varied job at a small workplace where your effort and attitude are of great importance, and where you have the opportunity to influence the work and develop yourself within cultivation. The work requires good physical fitness, stress resilience, and flexibility, and we work outdoors on beautiful sunny days and also during cold and rainy weather. You need to be able to take responsibility and work independently in this position. This is a full-time position with a 6-month probationary period.
