The following 3 positions are available: Monthly temporary position for 6 months with start immediately or within 6 months at a residential care unit, 75% Monthly temporary position for 6 months with start immediately or within 6 months at a dementia unit, approximately 80% Both of these are short-term temporary positions with some possibility for extension. JOB DUTIES Solgården elderly care center has several units. Special residential care for seniors with a focus on dementia care as well as short-term residential care. As an employee in Care and Support, you have a home unit but work across multiple units as needed. We work with care plans and implementation plans as well as contact person responsibilities. As a contact person, you are responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans based on residents' needs. Support to family members is also part of the contact person's responsibility. Job duties include providing care, support, and services to residents. This also includes daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, kitchen duties, and social activities. You should also be able to perform simple delegated tasks such as medication management. You are responsible for documenting your work and the tasks you perform to ensure quality in our operations. We use planning tools in our operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with documented previous experience in care and support. If you are trained as a nursing assistant, this is advantageous. We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, has good interpersonal skills, is attentive, flexible, and patient. You work well with others while also being able to work independently and "see what needs to be done." Experience in rehabilitation, dementia care, and/or other specialties, as well as interest and experience with technology/IT support in healthcare, is advantageous. A driver's license is advantageous. You also need good knowledge of the Swedish language, which you need in order to provide residents with good care. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start: September 1, 2026. Start is as soon as possible according to agreement, end: May 31, 2027. Working hours: Shift work. Shift schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts (working every other weekend).
