Primary Care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Nearby Care together with the Ambulance Service, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Primary Care is organized into 4 nearby care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and nearby care. Each nearby care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary Care is also responsible for the region's health care advice, youth clinic, and the nearby care unit Näva, which are all grant-financed. Odensala Health Center is now seeking a licensed psychologist! Our Health Center is located just south of the city center. It is a pleasant workplace that feels familial despite its size, with approximately 11,900 registered patients and approximately 65 employees. We utilize each other's expertise and create good conditions for patients. District doctors, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries work here. We also have child health and maternity clinics that are part of the Family Center Trädet, staffed with pediatric nurses and midwives. The Health Center also has a psychosocial clinic with several psychologists. Additionally, we have a rehabilitation coordinator who works in the team around the sick leave process. The Health Center has two engaged unit managers with shared leadership. We warmly welcome your application! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you have a central function in assessing and treating adult patients with various forms of mental health issues. You are responsible for making qualified assessments and guiding patients to the right intervention and treatment. You will work in the psychosocial clinic where you meet adult patients with varied issues such as stress, anxiety disorders, life crises, depression, and pain-related complaints. The work includes assessment and psychological treatment with a CBT focus. Treatment work is varied and takes place through individual sessions, group treatment, and internet-based CBT. The assignment also includes ongoing method development work where you play an active role. Supervision is a natural part of the work. The position also involves collaborating with other societal actors and providing guidance, for example when rehabilitation is needed. You will become part of our multimodal team with a focus on supporting patients back to work life. The work also includes supervision assignments and regular meetings with psychologist colleagues from other health centers within the Östersund nearby care area and the region. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a specialist psychologist or licensed psychologist with CBT focus and who want to make a difference for our patients every day. Experience from health care or primary care is a merit, but above all we value your commitment and genuine interest in people. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility, and provide professional and warm care.
