Deliveries occur through projects, management and support to a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a client organization since the region's IT operations are managed by an external provider. With us, you make a difference - for real. We are now seeking an object specialist who wants to take an active role in developing our new ESM platform (Enterprise Service Management). This is not a traditional management role - it is a role for someone who wants to understand the operation's needs and convert them into functioning, smart solutions. We are now recruiting two complementary roles - an object specialist and an IT specialist - who will work closely together. You will have the opportunity to step in at an early stage, together with a colleague in a similar situation, where you collectively build up working methods, structure and development around our new platform. As an object specialist, you become the link between operations and technology. You work closely with users, capture needs, design workflows and ensure that the platform actually creates value in everyday life. You will work in close collaboration with an IT specialist where you together are responsible for developing and managing the platform - from operational needs to technical solution. The roles are designed to complement each other and give you the opportunity to together with your colleague shape working methods, structure and priorities from the start. The position is a permanent full-time employment with commencement according to agreement. Location: Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå or Örnsköldsvik. Duties You will: Work with process design and development of services and workflows Capture and convert operational needs into concrete solutions Work with forms, logic and user flows Contribute to structure around working methods, processes and information management Be involved early in the implementation - and drive development further after go-live This is a role where you not only manage - you improve, build and develop QualificationsWe are looking for someone whoHas an academic degree in systems science and information security or equivalent competence deemed to be relevant Has at least three years of documented experience working with operations-close management of IT systems and IT services in complex operations, for example a region, municipality or in the private sector Has worked with systems management and service management Has good understanding of operational processes and how IT supports them Holds a category B driver's license Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing It is meritorious if youHave training and knowledge within ITIL, pm3, CMDB, ITSM or ESM tools Have experience in process development or service design Have experience working close to operations in transition To succeed in the role, we believe you have these personal qualitiesSelf-driven Collaboration skills Structured Initiative-taking Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, we at Region Västernorrland are responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
