Deliveries occur through projects, management and support to a complex and vital operation. IT also works extensively as a client organization because the region's IT operations are handled by an external provider. We are now seeking an object specialist who wants to take an active role in developing our new ESM platform (Enterprise Service Management). This is not a traditional management role - it is a role for you who want to understand the operation's needs and transform them into functioning, smart solutions. We are now recruiting two complementary roles - an object specialist and an IT specialist - who will work closely together. You will have the opportunity to step in at an early stage, together with a colleague in a similar situation, where you jointly build up working methods, structure and development around our new platform. As an object specialist, you become the link between the operation and the technology. You work closely with users, capture needs, design flows and ensure that the platform actually creates value in daily work. You will work in close collaboration with an IT specialist where you together are responsible for developing and managing the platform - from operational needs to technical solution. The roles are designed to complement each other and give you the opportunity to together with your colleague shape working methods, structure and priorities from the start. The position is a permanent full-time employment with start according to agreement. Placement location: Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå or Örnsköldsvik. Work tasks You will: Work with process design and development of services and flows Capture and transform operational needs into concrete solutions Work with forms, logic and user flows Contribute to structure around working methods, processes and information management Be involved early in implementation - and drive development forward after go-live This is a role where you not only manage - you improve, build and develop Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have an academic degree in the fields of systems science and information security or equivalent competence deemed relevant Have at least three years of documented experience working with business-focused management of IT systems and IT services in complex operations, for example in a region, municipality or in the private sector Have worked with system management and service management Have a good understanding of business processes and how IT supports them Have a B driving license Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing It is meritorious if you: Have education and knowledge in ITIL, pm3, CMDB, ITSM or ESM tools Have experience in process development or service design Have experience working close to operations in change To succeed in the role, we believe you have these personal qualities: Self-driven Collaborative skills Structured Initiative-taking Region Västernorrland With approximately 7,000 employees and over 200 professions, we at Region Västernorrland are responsible for several of the operations that are most important for residents' ability to participate in society.
