Cosmic Objects Specialist We are now looking for an experienced Objects Specialist with expertise in the Cosmic journal system for a consulting assignment with a major customer. In this role, you will be an important part of a team responsible for management, development, and user support related to business-critical IT systems in healthcare. You will primarily work with Cosmic and initially be involved in the areas of permissions, medications, and ordering and responses. This role is suitable for you if you have a background in healthcare, a good understanding of Cosmic, and thrive in the intersection between operations, IT, and system management. About the Assignment The customer works according to a model for management and portfolio governance. As an Objects Specialist, you will be part of the management organization and work closely with both operations, IT, and other specialist roles. The assignment involves ensuring that systems and associated working methods function efficiently in operations. You will work both operatively with daily issues and more long-term with, for example, routines, testing, training, and development. Initially, your focus will be on Cosmic within the following areas: Permissions Medications Ordering and Responses It may also be relevant to work with other parts of Cosmic and related IT components based on operational needs. Your Responsibilities As an Objects Specialist, you will, among other things: Monitor and handle tickets in the ticket management system. Monitor function mailboxes and respond to questions and incoming tickets. Troubleshoot problems and, if necessary, escalate or report errors to the system vendor or other parties. Develop new and update existing routines and user instructions. Participate in relevant forums and collaboration meetings. Participate in testing activities and quality assurance. Participate in and conduct training activities. Participate in regular alignments with management responsible parties. Participate in meetings and activities within the management organization. Contribute to improvement and further development of working methods and system support. You will have many points of contact and therefore need to be able to communicate clearly with healthcare staff, IT specialists, vendors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Background and experience from healthcare. Good knowledge and practical experience with the Cosmic journal system. Good knowledge of Cosmic Permissions. Good knowledge of Cosmic Medications. Good knowledge of Cosmic Ordering and Responses. Experience with ticket management and troubleshooting. Experience in developing and updating routines, instructions, and user documentation. Ability to work independently and drive issues from identification to resolution. Good understanding of operational needs and how IT support can be used to create operational value. Meritorious It is meritorious if you have: Experience planning or conducting training activities. Experience with testing and test activities. Experience with system management according to a management model.
