Within Information Technology, we currently have approximately 130 employees with different professional backgrounds distributed across 9 different departments, located in shared premises in the Sigfrid area in Växjö.
As an object specialist, you belong to the IT Management and Operations Support department. In the department, we are 20 employees working with project management, technical project management and as object specialists. The department also has the task of, in close cooperation with management, supporting and ensuring that Information Technology's operations can be conducted effectively and in accordance with current operational philosophy. Promoting resource-efficient and value-creating IT supply in the region is part of the mission.

JOB DUTIES
We are now seeking an object specialist for the team working on the development of operations-oriented IT support within the projects Digital Workplace and Delivery & Service Support.
As an object specialist, you actively drive the development of appropriate IT support, from need to delivery. Together with other object specialists and under the leadership of the project manager, you help design and implement the development plan for IT support in the projects. The focus of the work as an object specialist is forward-looking with development in focus, but in the role you are also expected to be involved in proactive maintenance. To ensure that the right value is created, the work takes place in close cooperation with the operations, but the role is also an important link between operations and technology where operational benefit is in focus. We need engaged and flexible employees who want to take great responsibility and drive development forward.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who enjoy working together with others and who believe that one of your most important tasks is to understand users and be able to convert their needs into value-creating solutions.
You have relevant documented education for the position or equivalent experience, which the employer deems equivalent. You have a basic understanding of IT and its role in a larger organization. It is meritorious if you have professional experience working with operations development and digitalization.
To succeed in the role, we see that you are curious, self-driven, structured and thorough. You are flexible and responsive to the needs of those around you and have a talent for collaboration. By being clear and communicative, you are good at supporting others' learning. You need to feel comfortable working in a changing and complex organization.
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is an important prerequisite for this role.
