We are Sweden's largest independent consulting firm in building economics and building specifications, and we are recruiting both experienced estimators and newly graduated building engineers who want to work on diverse construction projects alongside some of the industry's most experienced specialists. About the Role As an estimator, you will be responsible for all or part of the estimation process – from analyzing tender documents to completed estimates and client presentations. The role is tailored to your experience. If you are new to the profession, you will receive comprehensive training, mentoring, and the opportunity to develop through real projects. If you are experienced, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to deepen your specialist expertise. You will work closely with clients, contractors, property owners, architects, and consultants, and contribute during the earliest and most critical phases of projects. Example Tasks Quantity takeoffs Estimation and pricing Cost analyses and alternative solutions Market and price monitoring Presentation of estimates and cost assessments Estimates across all project phases, from feasibility studies to final accounting We Are Looking for You Have building technology education or equivalent experience Are interested in building technology, estimation, and building economics Have strong Excel and Office skills Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Experience with construction estimating and Bidcon is a plus but not required.
