SJR is now seeking a recent graduate Billing Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment with a global and well-renowned organization with offices in the Globen area, just south of Stockholm city. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible and running until June 2027, with excellent opportunities for extension. About the Position In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international organization where you are responsible for the company's billing process. The work is performed in Oracle and suits you who are early in your career. The position is located at the client's office five days a week and offers a dynamic work environment with good communications and proximity to both public transportation and services. Responsibilities As a Billing Specialist, you will primarily work with: - Billing in Oracle - Registration and administration of customer invoices - Ensuring accurate billing documentation - Handling inquiries related to invoices and the billing process - Monitoring and quality assurance of billing flows - Ongoing administrative tasks within the billing function Suitable Background We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education and preferably some post-secondary education in accounting or finance. You may be a recent graduate or have some previous experience with administrative tasks, preferably with elements of invoicing or accounting administration. Experience with Oracle is a merit but not a requirement. You have good IT skills and feel comfortable working with different business systems and administrative tools. Since you will have contact with both Swedish and international colleagues, we see that you need to speak Swedish and English well in both speech and writing.
