Job Responsibilities In your role as a welder, your main tasks will consist of MIG/MAG welding, quality control, and blueprint reading—all in teamwork with your colleagues. The position is full-time and involves two-shift work. What We're Looking For We see that you have worked as a welder before and ideally have training focused on MIG/MAG welding. You are a driven person who sets and follows goals, careful in your work, and quality-minded in your approach. You have a willingness to learn and pick things up quickly, enjoy working independently, and are able to be part of and help create a positive team environment. It is important that you are present and curious, that you show commitment to your tasks, and that you work toward meeting production targets. To succeed in this position, you have MIG/MAG welding skills, are responsible and a team player with a willingness to learn and a focus on quality.
