Lumire is in an exciting development phase and is a natural player in the work towards green transformation and a sustainable Luleå. As a communicator, you have a key role in moving forward. Together we make Luleå sustainable. About the role and team Lumire's broad operations combined with our mission to drive behavioral change and circularity require strategic and smart communication on a daily basis. Your initial areas of responsibility are internal communication and support/project management of events as Lumire's operations are event-intensive. The communications department at Lumire strives to work proactively and outreach-oriented. By being close to operations, we can identify communication needs before they arise. We currently have two communicators, one with main responsibility for water and sewage and one for recycling and waste, and now we are looking for a third colleague. You report to the Head of Communications and Customer Relations. About you You combine strategic thinking with operational execution and can flexibly adapt your workday according to the organization's needs. You are curious, responsive and self-directed. Since we are a small and tight-knit team, it is important that you are a team player; we help each other daily. You are great at producing change-driving communication regardless of channel. Requirements: Excellent ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish Relevant post-secondary education At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role Strong project management skills Extensive experience using CMS, Adobe's most common programs and social media We offer We offer you a varied and creative role in a small and fast-paced team where you have great influence in shaping your contribution to making Luleå more circular.
