To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Post-secondary education in automation, electrical engineering, energy engineering, or related field Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Driver's license category B Meritorious Experience from industrial operations Knowledge of ABB or Siemens systems About the role As a Junior Automation Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated team working with automation solutions for some of Sweden's most exciting industrial projects. You will be involved in the entire project chain – from preliminary studies and design to commissioning and startup. Examples of some work tasks include: Participate in the entire process from pre-project to commissioning Work with modern interface solutions between process equipment and DCS/PLC systems Design of switchgear solutions and detailed electrical design Development of technical system solutions and layouts Calculations and dimensioning Collaborate with customers and colleagues to find effective technical solutions Eurocon Eurocon is an engineering consulting firm founded in 1990 by 7 engineers. Today they contribute technical expertise within the forest industry, mining industry, energy, infrastructure, chemistry, manufacturing, and IT. Services include the entire lifecycle of an investment, from preliminary study to implementation project and maintenance.
