You'll get a unique combination of strategic customer responsibility, operational accounting work, and hands-on leadership. As a key person in the business division, you are part of the management team and help shape our continued development. At the same time, you work closely with our customers and become their extended finance function—the person who sees the big picture, finds smarter solutions, and creates confidence in both everyday operations and change. Experience and Competencies To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience as a finance consultant — several years of work in accounting at mid-level or senior level Relevant education — from a vocational school or university System proficiency — confident in the Office suite and experienced with different accounting systems Strong language skills — very good Swedish, both spoken and written End-to-end responsibility in customer engagements — from ongoing accounting to financial statements, annual reports, tax returns, and advisory services Knowledge of legal structures — e.g., sole proprietorship, limited company, and partnership Proficiency with K2/K3 — and good understanding of VAT and tax matters Ability to prioritize smartly — you thrive managing multiple customers in parallel while maintaining high quality Interest in AI and digital development — and how new tools can streamline work Since the role also involves leading a team and having personnel responsibility, we are looking for someone who wants to use their experience not only in customer engagements but also in developing people, work methods, and a growing business division, for example by: Responsible for onboarding new staff Responsible for staff through daily support and as the first point of contact Responsible for team utilization and profitability Responsible for salary conversations and salary setting in consultation with the business division manager Responsible for employee reviews, goal tracking, and follow-up on employee conversations Driving team growth by participating in recruitment and introducing new consultants as the team expands Building trust and team spirit, coaching employees, and creating opportunities for development Personal Qualities To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you: Work structurally and goal-oriented — you drive your work forward with focus, responsibility, and quality.
