Mo Gård operates group and service residences as well as daily activities in Uppland, Södermanland, Östergötland, and Skåne. Our focus is always to see things from the individual's perspective. Through competence, respectful treatment, adaptation, and care, we at Mo Gård create the conditions for a good life. Mo Gård's core values are Engaged, Creative, and Trustworthy. Want to be part of an exciting new initiative? We are in the midst of an exciting expansion and are looking for someone who wants to help develop a safe and sustainable operation over time. You will be part of a small team of six people who work closely with the same individual in a group residence. As a rehabilitation assistant, you provide individually tailored support based on the individual's needs and wishes. You contribute to a safe, active, and meaningful daily life through both everyday tasks, support with personal care, and social activities. We work with a low-affect approach and you need to be able to remain calm, keep your composure, and be responsive even in challenging situations. You always work alongside a colleague with the individual, together creating security and finding solutions based on the individual's needs. You take on significant responsibility in your work, while also receiving support and supervision from, among others, a special education teacher. We are looking for someone who is: - Secure, stable, and responsible - Positive, active, and preferably playful - Responsive and curious about the individual's needs - Comfortable working with a low-affect approach - Motivated to learn and develop long-term You have upper secondary education, preferably in healthcare and elderly care, children and leisure, or equivalent, as well as experience from LSS, healthcare and elderly care, or educational activities. Experience with autism, psychiatry, alternative communication, or sign language is a plus. Sign language training is offered internally. The work is organized in long shifts, which provides the opportunity for more days off. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, take on significant responsibility, and be part of a safe operation where we develop together – with the individual at the center. Employment We offer a permanent position at 80-100 percent with monthly salary by agreement and individual salary setting. We apply a 6-month probationary period, and employment begins by agreement. Your working hours will include day, evening, and weekend shifts. A prerequisite for employment is that you can provide an extract from the criminal register as well as the suspicion register, and that you have a driver's license for manual transmission. As part of our recruitment process, we use problem-solving ability and personality tests. Before employment, we will conduct a citizenship check. You need to be able to present a passport, national ID card, or personal certificate. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you also need to provide proof of a valid work permit or that you are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit according to the Aliens Ordinance 6 Chapter §13a. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline, so do not delay submitting your application. About Us Our operations in Enköping, which is part of the Uppland region, consist of five LSS residences and one daily activity program.
