Smøriga Brød is now recruiting new team members for both full-time and part-time positions. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes responsibility for their work, and wants to help develop a business where guest experience is always central. About the Positions Full-Time As a full-time employee, you will work primarily Wednesday–Sunday. In addition to regular operations, you are expected to be available to work at special events in the surrounding area, such as: Football matches at Ullevi and Gamla Ullevi Concerts at Ullevi and Scandinavium Subscriptions Cultural and evening events Part-Time As a part-time employee, you will work primarily evenings and weekends. When needed, you are expected to be able to swap shifts with regular staff to help ensure operational flexibility. Job Responsibilities With us, you'll have varied work where you participate in the daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Kitchen preparation before service Dining room and outdoor seating setup Lunch and evening service Guest reception and sales Inventory management Ordering from suppliers Ensuring cleanliness, quality, and adherence to procedures A typical workday consists of morning prep, dining room and outdoor seating setup, lunch service, a short break, and evening service. We're Looking for Someone Who Has previous experience working in the restaurant industry. Can work independently and follow recipes with high precision. Is service-oriented and genuinely engaged in creating a great guest experience. Is responsible, organized, and solution-focused. Works well in a team and contributes to a positive work environment. Has strong references from previous employers. It's a plus if you have an interest in concept development and want to contribute ideas for the business's continued growth. After completing an introduction and training period, there is an opportunity for a permanent position.
