Lycksele • Umeå • Örnsköldsvik As the Northern region's trusted vehicle partner, we are passionate about developing both our company and our employees. We are in an exciting expansion phase and will soon move into brand new, modern facilities at Ersboda in Umeå – in a property we have acquired ourselves. As part of this investment, we are also building a completely new and modern reconditioning department with a focus on quality, efficiency, and pride in every delivery. Now we are looking for a meticulous and committed Recon Technician who wants to be with us from the start and help build a world-class reconditioning department. About the Role As a Recon Technician, you are responsible for ensuring our vehicles meet the highest possible standard before sale and delivery to the customer. You work with everything from interior and exterior reconditioning to polishing, paint care, and quality inspections. Your contribution is crucial to the customer's first impression and to ensure that every vehicle leaves our facility in the best possible condition. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and has an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities • Interior and exterior vehicle reconditioning • Washing, cleaning, and paint care • Machine polishing and minor paint correction • Application of ceramic paint protection and other treatments (advantageous) • Quality inspection before photography and delivery • Handling and preparation of incoming vehicles • Ensuring the workplace remains clean and well-organized What We're Looking For • Meticulous and quality-conscious • Eye for detail and finish • Enjoys practical work • Responsible and self-driven • Good collaboration skills • Valid driver's license (category B) • Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written Experience in vehicle reconditioning, polishing, or auto detailing is advantageous. The right attitude and willingness to develop are highly valued.
