At Attendo, we are now looking for a operations manager in Halmstad. We currently have 2 existing elderly care homes located on Nissastrand and Nissabogatan. Now we are building an additional home at Östergård. We are therefore strengthening our team with operations managers in Halmstad. About the role As an operations manager, you lead the work at the unit with responsibility for daily operations and activity planning. You will be part of a competent and committed management team where you receive support and guidance to succeed in your role and you report directly to the Regional Manager. We have a decentralized organization where you have room to develop your ideas and leadership style. Main responsibilities Responsibility for daily operational activities, personnel and scheduling Conduct systematic quality and operational development Ensure that agreements, assignments and regulations are followed Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees and relatives Finance and budget related to operations Ensure occupancy in line with budget and set targets Collaborate with support functions within the group Who are you? Your educational background must be consistent with the formal requirements to be a license holder for the activity in accordance with the qualification requirements below. In addition, you are a confident leader with previous experience working with the target group. As a leader, you are communicative, trustworthy and put the customer at the center. To succeed in the role, you are results-oriented and enjoy work that requires flexibility and is carried out in constant change. You apply a coaching, solution-focused approach and enjoy working towards set goals. Furthermore, you have an understanding of and knowledge in finance and can follow up and analyze the company's results. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements: Higher education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse or other equivalent education, according to requirements from the Inspectorate for Care Services (IVO) to be a license holder Education in social law at least 7.5 credits (if not trained as a social worker) At least 2 years of experience in a leading position within healthcare and/or social care Experience with budget work and financial analysis Very good knowledge of Swedish language both spoken and written B-class driver's license Meritorious if you also have: Experience from working within private care operations Experience leading operations in development and change Worked in a larger organization and/or company in strong growth What can we offer you?
