About the Agency
We are now recruiting two digital communicators for a major government agency with an important mission to society. The agency works to create better conditions for people in working life by developing regulations, sharing knowledge, and providing guidance to employers and other target groups.
The communication operations are facing a comprehensive development initiative, where digital channels play a central role. At the same time, ongoing communication work needs to continue with high quality. Therefore, we are now looking for two experienced digital communicators who want to contribute to both daily operations and the agency's continued development.
You will be part of the communications unit and work alongside engaged colleagues who are responsible for developing and managing the agency's websites, intranet, and other digital channels.
Scope: Full-time

Your Profile
As a digital communicator, you will develop, manage, and publish content in the agency's digital channels. The role involves close collaboration with operations to ensure that information is tailored to target audiences, accessible, and easy to understand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, producing, and publishing content in digital channels
- Editing and quality assuring texts for web and intranet
- Adapting content based on target audience needs
- Working with search engine optimization (SEO) and web accessibility
- Packaging content with text, images, and video when needed
- Monitoring and analyzing channel usage and results
- Collaborating with different parts of the organization on communication initiatives
We are seeking two profiles:
Digital Communicator, External Communication Focus on the agency's external website and communication with external target audiences.
Digital Communicator, Internal Communication Focus on the agency's intranet and internal communication with employees and managers.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in digital communication and experience creating user-friendly, accessible, and effective content.
Qualifications
- University degree in media, communication, or equivalent education
- At least five years of experience in similar work
- Strong knowledge of digital communication
- Experience with web publishing tools, such as Episerver, Optimizely, or Sitevision
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Matomo, Piwik PRO, or Siteimprove
- Good understanding of digital channel development and optimization
- Knowledge of web usability and accessibility
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of plain language communication
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in communication work that contributes to achieving operational goals
- Ability to switch between strategic work and operational implementation
- Experience working in larger organizations or public sector operations
- Good collaboration skills and experience building relationships with various stakeholders
